    General Description

    In the Service Department you will primarily serve as the first point of contact with customers on the service ramp. You will assist Service and Sales Advisors, as well as customers in the car receipt and delivery process; Likewise, it will keep the service ramp free for passage. In addition, to maintain, encourage and promote teamwork and show special appreciation for our clients.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers and guide them to their contact person
    • Responsible for keeping the ramp free of vehicles
    • Responsible for entering and parking service vehicles in designated areas. Lock doors and place keys in designated area.
    • Assist Service Advisors in the process of inspecting service vehicles upon receipt.
    • Assist in the delivery process of customer cars and invite them to complete the satisfaction questionnaire.
    • Assist the Sales Department to move the demonstrations (demos), organize vehicles for the demonstration room and free area.
    • Turn on the units weekly located in the show room and free zone area.
    • Direct our clients in the parking area
    • In coordination with the Sales Manager, pass the units in the Free Zone through the laundry tunnel.
    • Assist in the monthly inspection process of units in inventory
    • Comply with Safety and Speed Rules of 5MPH or less on F40, LLC premises.
    • Organize, clean and replenish both the refrigerator and the snack area in the client waiting room.
    • Any other related tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
    • Provide support to the Parts, Sales and Service departments. You will communicate verbally with the entire dealership team for the purpose of assisting and sharing in our customers' sales and service experience.

    Requirements

    • School Grade-Fourth Year/Equivalence
    • Experience Driving Cars
    • Experience in Customer Service
    • Oral communication skills
    • Driver's license
