    Mohican will be REOPENING MAY 16TH We have been undergoing extensive renovations and are looking to hire for our Summer season.

    Training will be given before opening.


    Job Summary:


    Mohican Lodge, located in Perrysville, Ohio, is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser.

    This position is a full-time or part time, individual contributor role in our fast-paced and vibrant hospitality/restaurant setting.

    As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization in our dining areas and setup/teardown of all banquet spaces.

    This will involve moving tables, chairs and chauffeurs.

    This position offers a competitive salary of $12 per hour, paid biweekly, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Clear and reset tables in the restaurant in a timely manner
    • Assist servers and other dining staff with tasks as needed
    • Refill water glasses and restock supplies as needed
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including floors, tables, and chairs
    • Assist with food and beverage delivery to tables as needed
    • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
    • Setup and breakdown of all meeting spaces

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
    • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
    • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
