    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary leader for accounts focused on corporate reputation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, serving as a trusted advisor by providing insightful counsel and practical solutions.
    • Oversee corporate crisis management efforts, including creating issues-management plans, conducting crisis simulations, and supporting crisis response strategies.
    • Develop messaging and materials for clients, including press releases, statements, and talking points.
    • Prepare compelling and strategic memos and presentations to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
    • Design and execute strategic initiatives that preemptively address potential reputational risks.
    • Utilize metrics and analytics to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
    • Identify and nurture business growth opportunities, presenting innovative concepts for new projects.
    • Guide clients on traditional, social, and digital media strategies, paying attention to the unique aspects of each platform.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
    • Support and mentor team members, driving excellence in programming and professional growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Over 10 years of experience in a public relations agency or a similar role.
    • Exceptional strategic communication, analytical thinking, and writing skills.
    • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, digital tools, and SEO is advantageous.

    The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000 and may include bonuses based on individual and company performance. The final salary will be determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, and local market data. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

    This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office.
