Description

As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to generating sales for Helget Home Medical. You will be responsible for enthusiastically prospecting and closing sales over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will also greet customers at our location and assist them with any questions they have about our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you must have superior people skills and be an excellent communicator comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact prospective and existing customers to inform them about products and servicesAnswer questions about products, services, or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements, overcome objections, and close salesEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and accurately process orders in the systemHandle any grievances to preserve the company's reputationGo the "extra mile" to help customer and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationDirect prospects to sales management when neededREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma required, BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferredProven experience in tele-sales or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting activity and sales quotasSuccessful track record using upselling and suggestive selling techniquesKnowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsFluent in English with superior verbal and written communication skillsSuperior customer service and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
