    About this Position:

    The role of a Supervisor I, In-House Material Svcs is to oversee part delivery to assembly lines to ensure no delays for production demands as well as the shipping and packing procedures to ensure finished product is being shipped on time.

    Responsibilities include:

    Key Accountabilities


    • Manage multiple teams of associates to ensure part delivery and shipping expectations are met

    • Trouble shoot lineside delivery and shipping issues to determine root cause and countermeasure accordingly

    • Conduct walk throughs around lineside staging, delivery and packing areas for COP/safety concerns and countermeasure accordingly

    • Coach and counsel associates based off performance and attendance issues

    • Work with third party staffing company on handling concerns with contingent associates

    • Manage Kronos time system for all lineside logistics associates and fix any discrepancies that may occur before pay roll end

    • Lead associate development activities (train, advise, mentor)

    • Lead projects/themes of moderate complexity with limited oversight and report progress and achieve targets on required intervals to all levels of leadership

    Who we are seeking:

    Required Experience:


    • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with large teams in manufacturing and delivery

    • Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience in a high production environment

    Required Education:


    • High School Diploma/ GED

    • Strong Written and verbal communication

    • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook

    Additional Position Factors:


    • Overtime: Overtime expected based on department demands/responsibilities (Daily and weekends as needed based on production requirements)

    • Mixture of on production floor and at desk using computer

    • Must be able to support other projects as needed

    • Must be able to operate powered industrial vehicle equipment

    • Must be able to walk for long periods of time
