This is a day shift position (6:30am-5pm) with on-call responsibilities every 4th week of evenings and weekends.
The hourly range is $33.88 (for new grads), and for those with 1 year or more of experience, it is $35.Full benefits package, including sign-on/relocation assistance, is provided.
Candidates must possess certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in the appropriate specialty (RDCS or RVT designation required).
Demonstrated competence in all diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including invasive exams, such as ultrasound-guided biopsies.Experience with stress echo and TEE is preferred; experience in pediatrics is a plus.
Responsibilities include performing diagnostic ultrasound and/or vascular exams on patients efficiently and compassionately to obtain data for diagnosing various medical conditions.
Evaluate exams for diagnostic quality using professional judgment in delivering services.This position reports to the Manager of Heart and Vascular Diagnostics, a respected leader at our facility. Weekend responsibilities involve conducting stress echos ordered by cardiologists, including "due today" or "stat" orders.
