& Grounds Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic, responsible,
and dependable.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proficiency in basic painting, carpentry,
plumbing, and electrical work. They will be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds ensuring they are turned over in a timely fashion
• Maintain buildings equipment facilities and grounds through ongoing upkeep
• Pursue repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures appliances locks and other necessary items
