Job summary
The Environmental Services Manager leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of hospital-wide environmental cleaning operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and revise the EVS Procedures Manual, QASP, and outbreak management protocols in alignment with TJC standards and CDC guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and supervise EVS Supervisors, Shift Leaders, and Technicians; conduct performance appraisals and implement corrective action plans.
