Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Life Services Coordinator - Caregiver to join our Maggie's Place Memory Care team The Life Services Coordinator is responsible for cultivating an environment that maximizes each resident's independence.

Responsibilities

Provides services to tenants as assigned and as indicated on Resident Service Plans which may include grooming and dressing guidance assistance with bathing Report any significant tenant changes to the nurse Monitors for changes in tenant needs preferences and/or health status and reports/documents any changes according to established procedures Reviews the Staff 24-Hour Communication log and corresponding Tenant Service Notes on a daily basis for information about changes in tenant service needs and/or health conditions Prepare serves meals snacks followed by clean-up Monitor food expiration dates Maintain kitchen cleanliness Make beds change linens Laundry service Housekeeping to include dusting vacuuming cleaning bathrooms common spaces Take out garbage Maintain activity calendar engage tenants in activities such as spiritual educational games music physical activities Provide companionship Works effectively with minimal supervision in a team setting Follows safety policies performing care assuring resident safety Follows upholds policies procedures Attends participates facility meetings training programs assigned Follows infection control guidelines Observes residents' rights including privacy dignity etc +=
