    Overview
    St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.


    Summary:
    This role leads strategic and consultative talent acquisition services to the leadership team of St. Luke's Health System by understanding departmental business initiatives and workforce needs for talent. Subject Matter Experts in full cycle recruiting and general HR business knowledge. Exercises a high level of confidentiality, flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote in Oregon or Idaho only.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with assigned client group leaders to execute the most appropriate recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled employees, advising on hiring strategies and acting as a critical sounding board and advocate for leadership.
    • Networks and develops strong relationships with health system leaders and be effective at persuading and influencing leaders.
    • Manages the recruiting process from initial candidate contact to execution of the completed search by partnering with recruiting teammates and business leaders.
    • Subject Matter Expert of multiple applicant tracking software systems, pipelining, sourcing strategy
    • Develops and leads successful implementation of cost-effective recruitment plans, including advertising, career fairs, college recruiting, and national recruiting events.
    • Strategically partners with leaders and business units to understand current recruitment needs as well as partnering in workforce planning and stabilization conversations.
    • Leads, directs, develops and coaches HR staff; responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
    • Leads work in creating standard operating procedures and maintains current manuals and procedures.
    • Leads highly visible projects involving strategic planning with organizational leaders and partners with others in the implementation of these projects.
    • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance.
    • Achieves key performance metrics as defined by Talent Acquisition Leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Education:
    Bachelors degree or 4 years' experience in lieu of degree, plus 4 years relevant experience

    • Previous full cycle recruiting experience required
