Job summary
Responsible for the development and implementation of home-based services for program participants. Oversees the work and schedules of the PACE floater aides and assists the Center Manager in overseeing the work of the day center aides.
Serves on the interdisciplinary team and performs administrative tasks related to direct operations, especially care planning.
