    Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Compute and record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties

    Qualifications:

    • Must have 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Quickbooks. Plex experience is a plus.
    • Must have 2 years of Manufacturing experience, working in the Accounting Department. (Molding Injection Manufacturing Preferred)
    • Working knowledge of computer system functions, knowledge of office procedures. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with co-workers and customers politely and tactfully.
    • Must have the ability to act independently and resolve problems with minimal direction.
