Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee a significant project active in Clarksville, TN.
This position requires immediate availability and offers the candidate a chance to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis from day one.
Our client is a prominent commercial, civil, and industrial electrical contractor with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
With offices located in Russellville, KY, they have consistently experienced tremendous growth.They pride themselves on conducting business with some of the largest manufacturers in the region, providing their team with vast opportunities for learning and career advancement.
They are a stable, privately held company committed to excellence and innovation in the electrical contracting field.Location:
This project is based near Clarksville, TN.
We prefer that candidates for this position reside within 30-40 miles of Clarksville, TN, including Russellville and Bowling Green, KY, as well as many cities north of Nashville along I-65.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
Oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical projects to ensure completion within time and budget constraints.
Monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Manage project resources, scheduling, and documentation.
Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.
Troubleshoot and resolve project issues as they arise.
Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Requirements:
Licensed electrician with experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical projects preferred. Candidates with significant project management experience in related fields will be considered.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must pass a full panel drug screening.
Ability to work on-site in Clarksville, TN, and live within a commutable distance.
