Job summary
We invite new graduate RNs to apply for our Graduate Nurse Residency Program in Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit. The program includes a guided clinical experience with an instructor-led core curriculum and rotations through other departments. Our comprehensive on-boarding program offers new graduate nurses an exciting opportunity to gain experience and skills in hospital life.Responsibilities
- Participate in the learning experience on their personally selected home units.
- Rotate/cross train through other departments to gain an expanded nursing experience.
