- Prepare Monthly Management Reports for Associations
- Conduct monthly property visits, or more frequently, if needed
- Attend all required Association Board Meetings and additional meetings, if necessary.
- Present proposals to Board in a professional manner
- Prepare Budget Drafts
- Assist with homeowner conflict resolution
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills both written and verbal are a must.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suites, and Outlook
- Strong relationship building skills
- Highly organized person who is able to multitask
- Management or Leadership experience preferred
