    Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is a well-established and reputable Pediatric Dental & Orthodontic practice in Scottsdale that has been serving The Valley for nearly 40 years. As a concierge orthodontic practice, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional orthodontic care with personalized experiences for our patients of all ages Our team is committed to creating beautiful smiles and providing top-notch service. We are currently seeking a skilled Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

    Position Overview: As an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant at "APDO", you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will be vital in upholding our reputation for high-end orthodontic care.

    • Assisting orthodontists during patient appointments
    • Fit bands for appliances, place arch wires, bond brackets, place fixed retainers, take impressions and digital scans (iTero)
    • Patient education on care instructions, orthodontic

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • DANB x-ray certification preferred
    • Experience working in an orthodontic setting
    • Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and terminology
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping patients have positive experiences.
    • Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
