    About the Role

    iCapital is looking to hire a Fund Related Expense Management Associate to join the Corporate Finance team. This role will assist mainly in the analyzing of fund expenses, accounts payable processing, treasury operations as well as assist in ongoing projects, enhancements, and process improvements.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze monthly fund expense transactions.
    • Assist with preparing journal entries for balance sheet and income statement transactions (i.e. cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses).
    • Generate monthly reporting for internal teams regarding payments, receivables, and payables for the Fund Finance team.
    • Prepare monthly invoices for Corporate inter-company fund receivables.
    • Manage allocations of receivables across multitude of funds and prepare journal entries accordingly.
    • Facilitate and monitor collection status and AR aging.
    • Assist in processing of invoices into accounts payable system (Coupa).
    • Assist in managing invoice mailbox for Accounts Payable and provide timely responses.
    • Assist with reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
    • Degree in accounting or related field is required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or General Ledger systems is preferred
    • Experience with Coupa and/or AP processing systems is preferred
    • Able to manage large sets of data and implement checks and balances
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented with big picture capability
    • Able to take on new, challenging assignments on an ad-hoc basis

    Benefits

    The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
