Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Welcome to our team! We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our bank and provide exceptional service to our customers. Check out the responsibilities and qualifications below to see if you'd be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions with a professional attitude
Determine customer needs, explain and sell products and services
Participate in branch prospecting efforts
Assist customers with various requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, and loan information
Serve as a liaison between customers and operational areas
May provide back up to the teller line as needed
Follow established policies and procedures
Maintain focus and remain attentive to details
Other related duties as assigned
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Provide assistance to help the Branch and the Bank achieve their goals

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of bank products and services
Professional interpersonal communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Must demonstrate core values such as integrity, respect, and responsibility
Two years of bank and/or customer service experience

Other Job Information:

Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: Competitive salary with benefits including 401K, Medical, Vision & Dental insurance, and more

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
