- Gilbane is seeking a Project Controller to lead all financial administration and fiscal management aspects of a project, or multiple projects, ensuring that all team members, including Project Manager, Superintendent, and Engineer are following Gilbane financial policies and procedures, and communicating any potential profitability or risk to management.

- Act as an independent accountant during project forecast meetings to mitigate financial risk
- Monitor key indicators for managing and analyzing risk projects, keeping Accounting Manager or Controller informed on any noted concerns
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 12 years with CM or General Contractor organization working on $100M or larger construction projects
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
