We are looking for a Program Manager to manage case processing and operational support services including a wide array of functions such as mailroom, data entry, preliminary application review and case processing, case archiving, records management, helpdesk, and related support services.

Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits
Duties
Oversee day-to-day operations of team members. Supervise, direct, and coordinate activities, schedules of team leads, case processing analysts, and other operations support staff.
Develop quality and performance goals; monitor team performance
Report and communicate all issues directly to Project Director; provide timely feedback with proposed resolution
Maintain productivity standards, meet deadlines, adhere to SOPs
Implement daily processes for preparing and reviewing all routine production and performance reports, identify areas of deficiency or inefficiency
Meet with Customer on weekly basis to discuss production status and operational issues.
Manage all contract administrative, technical, and staffing matters and will help ensure that contract goals and objectives are achieved within budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards.
Oversee team members; ensure adequate staffing at all timesProvide guidance, leadership, direction and motivation and ensure personnel are managed in accordance with contract and company requirements, to include:
Monitor employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching
Manage vacation and other leave requests
Review and approve timesheets, travel authorizations and expense reports
Administer employee evaluations
Resolve employee concerns
Work with senior management and HR to appropriately address conduct and performance issues.
Oversee recruiting and hiring of non-supervisory positions
Assess variances from the program plan, and develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project remains within specified scope and is within schedule, cost and quality objectives.
Manage day-to-day team and client communications by keeping the team informed of the status, deliverables and by managing the issue resolution process.
Establish and maintain a positive work environment that encourages the accomplishment of all goals.Provide the team with feedback as it pertains to project performance.
Build a climate that encourages safety consciousness and taking accountability for actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
10+
years experience of Federal Program Management, case management experience
Experience working with DOL highly desired.
Excellent communication skills to include phone, office etiquette, and written skills.
Expert working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
