Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Furniture Events Prep. Manager to lead the planning, setup, and execution of furniture-related events. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences by coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all furniture and event elements are prepared to the highest standards. The Events Furniture Rental Prep Manager is responsible for the end-to-end logistics of event rentals. This role ensures that all furniture, decor, and equipment (tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting) are properly maintained, delivered, and arranged according to client specifications and site layouts. They manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with clients, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure seamless setup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Maintain, clean, and prepare rental items in the warehouse. Manage inventory systems to track availability, damage, and repairs.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand event needs and design requirements. Coordinate with third-party rental vendors and delivery teams.
- Site Preparation & Setup: Conduct site visits, create floor plans/room layouts, and supervise the delivery and installation of furniture to ensure it meets safety and aesthetic standards.
- Administrative Duties: Generate rental contracts, manage invoicing, and process payments.
- On-Site Execution: Oversee, or directly manage, the setup, load-in, and breakdown (strike) of furniture on event days to ensure timely execution.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all furniture and equipment setups comply with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in event planning, venue management, or furniture rental operations.
- Logistics & Planning: Strong organizational skills to manage complex, multi-item, and time-sensitive deliveries.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients, staff, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot logistics issues.
- Physical Ability: Ability to manage, inspect, and potentially help move inventory in a warehouse or on-site setting.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
