    Job Description:

    ExecuSource has partnered with a reputable healthcare group in Anderson, South Carolina in search for a dedicated and qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This is a direct-hire position. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedule options available. Compensation for entry level begins at 100/hr and goes up for more experienced candidates DOE.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license OR ability to gain RN license in SC within 3-4 month time period
    • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program
    • Recognition in South Carolina
    • Current certification from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer anesthesia and related care before, during, and after surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures.
    • Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to formulate and implement patient-specific anesthesia care plans.
    • Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period, adjusting anesthesia techniques and medications as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Provide emergency airway management and respond to anesthesia-related emergencies as needed.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided, adhering to institutional and regulatory standards.
    • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive starting salary at $100 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience.
    • PRN (as-needed) incentive of $25 per hour.

    Work Schedule:

    • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, comprising three 12-hour shifts, scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Occasional weekend work required on a rotating basis.
    • Part-time positions: Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts, subject to rotation.
