Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the automotive design domain ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Utilize Agile Methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness adapting processes to meet project needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management and design processes.

Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress address issues and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including detailed design specifications.

Analyze project risks and opportunities implementing strategies to mitigate risks while maximizing benefits.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automotive design.

Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the team encouraging creative solutions to design challenges.

Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members enhancing their skills and professional development.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in automotive design and Agile methodologies.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure project resources are effectively utilized.

-Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least 8 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.

Strong expertise in Agile Methodologies is required.

Proven track record in managing auto-detailed design projects.

Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration is crucial.
