- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Respond promptly to service requests and incidents for both onsite and remote employees.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and performance.
- Notify and assist our IT Services MSP on complex problems.
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and configurations.
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other common business applications for support and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding support.
- A+ and Network+ Certifications preferred.
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
