    Job purpose

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our rapidly growing corporate office in Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.


    This role is full-time onsite at our Scottsdale headquarters.


    Duties and responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
    • Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
    • Respond promptly to service requests and incidents for both onsite and remote employees.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and performance.
    • Notify and assist our IT Services MSP on complex problems.
    • Conduct regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
    • Document all support activities, solutions, and configurations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
    • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other common business applications for support and troubleshooting.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding support.
    • A+ and Network+ Certifications preferred.

    Working conditions

    • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

    Physical requirements

    Must have professional appearance (business casual). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires physical dexterity to work on internal computer components, or physically installing computer systems and equipment.
