    As a prominent provider of inspections, energy testing, and engineering services for homebuilders nationwide, we are seeking customer-focused individuals who aspire to contribute positively to the construction sector without the typical pressures associated with construction careers. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with homebuilders to assist them in achieving their quality and energy compliance objectives.

    In the role of a dual-certified Quality Consultant and Rating Field Inspector, you'll engage in ground-up construction processes without the need for manual labor. On the Quality side, you'll conduct inspections of homes under construction to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards set by the builder. For Energy, you'll perform inspections and tests to verify that homes meet energy performance requirements at local, state, and national levels.

    Moreover, WE PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

    Ideal candidates should possess most of the following qualifications:
    • Experience in new construction
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal abilities
    • Capability to climb ladders, carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, and access confined spaces
    • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and dependable transportation
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    Preferred qualifications include:
    • Certification as a HERS Rater or Field Tester
    • IRC Certification
