Job Title: Junior Tax Accountant

Location: Secaucus, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

· Prepare check requests for co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions.

· Process co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions.

· Ensure the tax calendar is accurate and up to date.

· Assist with tax notices.

· Assist with preparation of federal 1120's and state income and franchise tax returns.

· Assist with preparation of state income / franchise tax returns.

· Assist with preparation of state tax estimates and extensions for various states.

· Assist with calculation of state and local tax apportionment factors.

Required Knowledge:

· Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail.

· Utilizes good time management and prioritizes tasks.

· Knowledge of Corptax US Compliance tax software is a plus.
