Delta World Tire is one of the area's largest independent tire dealers with over
30,000 tires in stock offering complete quality automotive repair and preventative maintenance.
The Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Delta World
Tire following the company's store standards and expectations.
- Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person on the telephone using the Company's standardized customer service techniques.
- Listen to thoroughly document customer concerns inspect vehicle refer to service history accurately identify verify customer service needs recommend services clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer so they can make an informed decision properly document all recommendations in customer file promote sales appropriate services parts accessories demonstrating understanding product associated requirements provide customers accurate quote includes cost time completion approved by customer update throughout day status their services follow proper procedures cashing out customers ticket include review completed multi-point inspection explanation applicable warranties conduct post repair declined services follow up phone calls ensure customer satisfaction individual customers track new returns core returns warranty parts individual customers other duties assigned
