- Provide leadership and oversight for equipment packers, bonded stores, silverware, and dishwashing operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of assigned flights according to customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in the packing and rotation of equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure accurate dead-head packing for each flight and maintain overall equipment balance to meet customer demands and avoid overstocks.
- Oversee the handover of complete delivery notes to Dispatch and ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Establish and maintain robust processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the management, optimization, and coordination of the full order cycle.
