Exciting opportunity to lead and manage relationships and activities related to JV entities and investors for a highly respected, 40+ year old builder/developer of highly desirable master plan communities, neighborhoods, and homes.

As the Director of Finance, you will report to the CFO, and lead financial reporting and communications with investors. Can you put all the financial information together, tell the story to investors, and report to the C-suite?


Some Qualifications:
7-10 years of finance or accounting experience, some in a publicly traded company.
Experience in the construction industry and homebuilding is preferred.
Very strong FP&A, Financial Reporting, and Proforma skills.
Excellent Communication, and Presentation, and Delivery skills.
