HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Location: Price, UT

Reports to: Director of HR

Compensation: $120 - $140K + bonus

Responsibilities & Requirements of the HR Manager:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment
• Strong ability to connect with workforce, manage employee relations, and build relationships with a foundation of trust
• Provide support and guidance to managers and leadership in regards to employee development, discipline, and coaching
• Support strategic approach within the organization
• Oversee benefits programs, enrollment, auditing, and compliance
• Manage, administer, and ensure compliance within all HR functions/programs including FMLA, ADA, DOL, HIPAA, state and federal laws, etc.
• Demonstrates ethical behavior and consistency while helping the business achieve success
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems interstate payroll and employment experience highly preferred
• PHR, SPHR, or HRCI certification highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
