- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment
- Strong ability to connect with workforce, manage employee relations, and build relationships with a foundation of trust
- Provide support and guidance to managers and leadership in regards to employee development, discipline, and coaching
- Support strategic approach within the organization
- Oversee benefits programs, enrollment, auditing, and compliance
- Manage, administer, and ensure compliance within all HR functions/programs including FMLA, ADA, DOL, HIPAA, state and federal laws, etc.
- Demonstrates ethical behavior and consistency while helping the business achieve success
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems interstate payroll and employment experience highly preferred
- PHR, SPHR, or HRCI certification highly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
