Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of Growth Assistance. This role will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while ensuring strong financial controls and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's overall financial strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics, KPIs, and profitability by service line and client.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and compliance standards.
• Manage pricing models, cost structures, and margins to maximize profitability.
• Partner closely with leadership to support strategic decisions, investments, and expansion plans.
• Oversee payroll, expenses, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Manage relationships with accountants, banks, and financial service providers.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Support long-term planning, including scalability, hiring forecasts, and capital allocation.
