    Vaughan Automotive has a great opportunity for an energetic, dynamic and experienced Marketing Director that can oversee our internal & external marketing brands and content.

    The high-level duties would include but are not limited to:

    Work with Ownership, Executive Leadership and Marketing Venders to develop, grow and sustain our brands.
    Create content for multi-channel deliverables such as social media, public relations, and SEO/blogs.
    Assist in the planning and execution of Retail Advertising, including digital campaigns and monthly events.

    Responsibilities:
    Work with Ownership and Executive Leadership to understand the brand goals of our companies.
    Develop and execute marketing strategies that will effectively communicate our core culture / internal brand.

    Heavy focus on facilitating the Vaughan Automotive brand and company awareness through various social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Glassdoor mediums.

    Create captivating content that will help our social media platforms organically grow.
    Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between community and dealerships.
    Monitor progress on all platforms by using analytical tools, especially google analytics.
    Create actional plans to grow followers through all social media platforms.

    We believe this position should grow as the marketing specialist immerses into our business and delivers an exceptional product for our internal and external brand.


    Requirements:
    2-3 Years of social media experience
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or other related fields
    General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
    Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
    In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
    Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
    Proficiency in video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite
    Familiarity with web analytics tools including digital and social media marketing, paid search, and SEO.
    Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
    strong understanding of marketing strategies
