    Position Title: Administrative Facility Specialist Position Classification: Full-Time - Permanent – Salaried – Overtime Exempt Reports To: Director of Facilities Hiring Range: $48,820 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications Posting Dates: April 5th – April 21st, 2024 Who We Are Looking For: Are you an exceptional communicator who is great at multi-tasking, staying focused, and going above and beyond with customer service? If you are passionate about helping others, then you may be just the person we are looking for We are in search of a self-driven and high-performing professional to fill our Administrative Facility Specialist role with an official job title of Facility Assistant. This individual will have multiple responsibilities as a guest services representative / facility supervisor and a recreation software expert with strong data entry skills. We need someone to come on board ready to work hard with us where we're at, but who is able to contribute ideas to take us to another level. Key Qualities Required to Win as a Facility Assistant:

    Essentials Skills of a Facility Assistant:
    • Highly proficient computer skills, including: data entry, report building, website navigation, troubleshooting, and utilizing office software to improve processes
    • 2+ years of experience working with complex computer software
    • Proactive person who learns quickly and serves as the organizational subject matter expert for XPLOR (Perfect Mind) recreation software
    • Strong skill in data entry, report creation / design, account management, and data processing; understanding of bookkeeping processes to manage accounts
    • Proven track record of exemplary oral and written communication skills and customer service, both externally to our customers and internally to other team members
    • Coordinate usage of all facilities with other departments across the organization
    • Exceptional ability to follow-up with other team members to complete ongoing tasks quickly and efficiently
    • Reliable and flexible to work during all hours of operation for all of our facilities, as needed (may include occasional early mornings, late evenings, and/or shift work)
    • High level of customer service skills; able to establish and develop relationships with customers using multiple communications methods
    • Exceptional attention to detail with customer data input; able to quickly and efficiently navigate through software to complete transactions and registrations
    • Part of the team responsible for Front Desk operations at multiple facilities
    • Assist with the coordination of guest services staff training and development plans
    • Able to work around children without reduction in service level or productivity
    • Must pass a criminal background check
    • Able to complete CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of employment; willing and able to perform CPR and First Aid, as needed
    • Must have the ability to see, hear, sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk about
    • Must possess an audible voice for communication and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds from the floor
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Expert-level experience with office-based computer software, report development, and data entry
    • 5+ years of proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
    • 3+ years of experience using industry-specific software in a recreation environment
    • 2+ years of experience working within XPLOR recreation software
    • Graduation from an accredited college or university
