The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
Play an integral part of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Work closely with all levels of the organization in developing budgets, projections, and analysis.
Prepare impact-driven presentations and analysis summaries.
Oversee and improve financial performance.
Manage systems for financial reporting and data analytics.
Coordinate preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reporting.
Conduct and evaluate what-if analysis of various business scenarios.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
CMA or CPA certification preferred.
5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, complex analysis, financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, Power Point and Business Intelligence tools.

Highly motivated, comfortable working independently, good decision making, and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in flexible packaging is a plus.
Master's degree in business administration, accounting or statistics is desired.
Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and working with Private Equity Firms is a plus.
