    Responsibilities:



    • Assist residents with basic health needs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing.

    • Provide psycho-social support to assigned residents.

    • Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice defined by state regulations.

    • Demonstrate knowledge of age-related care principles for physical and psychological needs of residents as per plan of care.
