Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Shop Technician for our Down Hole Tool Shop in Midland, TX.
+Qualifications+Qualifications
- Possess ability to communicate and interpret a variety of oral and written instructions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Rlevant experience as shop technician in oil and gas industry+
Responsibilities
- (Un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies etc;
inspects incoming material to verify compliance with purchase order and quality requirements; verifies quantity weight conformance of materials. - (Loads unload trucks; uses computer system for tracking logging verifying reporting shipping practices procedures transportation routing schedules requirements receives incoming materials prepares materials shipment)
- (Expedites routes dispatches material parts production schedules commitments Reviews master production schedule determine possible actual shortages alerts proper authorities potential problems Generates progress reports completion dates material changes substitutions shortages schedule modifications)
- (Inspects rebuilds operates tests troubleshoots equipment Paint equipment Monitors evaluates adjusts processes or equipment maximize quality efficiency Operates following OEM guidelines standard operating procedures Completes records documentation)
