We're looking for a motivated Assembly Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will lead area team members, adhere to standard work, create maintain audit and improve standard work ensuring team members cycle time is at or below takt time helping on the line if needed to meet daily production goals train new employees transfers cross training fill in for team members on vacation absent root cause problem solving issues that prevent the cell from meeting daily production goals have good understanding of waste elimination continuous improvement safety quality productivity delivery ability effectively communicate team members supervisors other Ariens Company personnel.
