    Marketing Manager – Healthcare

    Our healthcare marketing, branding and advertising firm in downtown Kansas City is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager for its healthcare and hospital accounts. This integral position is responsible for overall client engagement and account management including planning, coordinating and directing highly integrated marketing and advertising initiatives for clients. The Marketing Manager collaborates in and supports the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for clients and ensures the professional and timely execution of those plans in collaboration with the firm's communication and creative services teams.

    This position is a member of the client services team reporting up to the Vice President of Client Services. Candidates should have 4-5 years' experience facilitating integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns in the health sector.

    Primary areas of responsibility:

    • Advise clients of their strategic marketing opportunities.
    • Lead client relationships, serving as the subject matter expert within the firm on behalf of key clients.
    • Ensure deliverables meet and exceed client expectations and stated marketing metrics.
    • Develop and implement marketing and positioning strategies, communication plans and programs.
    • Establish competitive market position, brand differentiation and awareness of the organization among target audiences (B2B and B2C).
    • Manage timely and on-budget execution of client deliverables to ensure their strategic objectives and goals are met.
    • Execute and implement client marketing plans in collaboration with content, creative and media teams.
    • Develop and assess creative concepts, alignment to strategy, creative campaigns, campaign ROI, and measure/monitor client budgets, job profitability and defined key performance indicators.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required: related field
    • 4-5 years of experience in a marketing division, firm, advertising agency or hospital marketing department
    • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
    • Naturally eager to learn, grow and engage
    • Optimistic and positive approach
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player and problem-solver
    • Clear level of accountability to exceptional work effort and product
