    IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Financial Analyst for a critical engagement in Wellesley, MA.

    Financial Analyst role:

    Qualified candidate may perform any of the following functions: support for client implementation programs related to Middle Office outsourcing, including cash reconciliation, portfolio accounting, trade support, corporate actions,, develop and maintain project documents and/or product documentation related to these programs and complete research and analysis for management. Duties may also include: process analysis, creation and maintenance of documentation, continuous implementation planning statistics, and operations planning process, as well as any ad-hoc analyses. Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 3=5 years experience required.

    Financial Analyst Title- ( Trade Management Business Analyst)

    Financial Analyst Required Skills/Experience:
    • Past working experience in Investment Operations domain. Should be proficient in at least one Investment Operations domain (Trade management, Derivatives)
    • Familiarity with diverse asset classes (Equity/Fixed Income/FX/Derivatives (Cleared/Bilateral) & Cash(TA, Management Fees)
    • Facilitate technology projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
    • Ability to quickly learn and map business process to systems & capabilities.
    • Perform business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, detailed data analysis, data mapping and testing while collaborating with business teams.
    • Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum sessions with the development teams.
    • Experience with market utilities like Markit, CTM and exposure to SWIFT messaging for Securities/FX

    Financial Analyst Preferred Skills/ Experience:
    • Oracle/SQL Skills
    • Experience with client onboarding projects for Investment Operations outsourcing is desirable.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end Investment operations workflows and functions.
    • Experience with trade support functions for front office
    Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance/business management/technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
