    Responsibilities

    • Manage production tooling with operations

    • Conduct testing using hand tools and analytical equipment

    • Submit engineering orders for material test runs

    • Data collection and analysis, such as SPC and process capability

    • Execute equipment qualifications

    • Participate in improvement projects

    • Troubleshoot process or equipment problems

    • Administration of the nonconforming material tracking system

    • Administration of engineering change orders for controlled documentation

    • Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives

    • Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods to achieve results

    • Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufactures

    • Other tasks as assigned from manager or requested from engineering

    What your background should look like:


    • Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience

    • Seven to ten years experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills in support of manufacturing operations

    • Demonstrated ability to achieve results aligned with business objectives

    • Demonstrated experience using PC based systems in a network environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, Teams, PLM (Document control), and ERP systems

    • Experience using CAD software to view drawings/schematics (preferred)

    • Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

    COMPENSATION

    • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $59,760 -89,640 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

    • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

    • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
