Engineering Program Senior ManagerKey Role:
Act as a strategic business leader and program manager partnering directly with internal and external senior leaders, including Officers-In-Charge
( OICs )
to effectively lead the delivery of multi-million-dollar DoD e nga gements while leading program or project teams throughout the system delivery life cycle.
Support the government and military with critical missions and maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams of professionals ranging in size from 25-50 FTEs.
Bring innovative thi nk ing regarding te chn ical management, service delivery, and business management and provide delivery leadership, business management, and client management for multiple engineering services, including engineering and science,sof tware, and cyber projects or programs.
Maintain responsibility for providing guidance and direction on te chn ical management, business management, service delivery, and overall contract performance.
Drive all aspects of contract management, finan cia l, andbudget
control and maintain responsibility for reviewing the finan cia l performance of existing programs.
Debrief executive leadership with reviews of finan cia l estimates and ROMs for new development efforts and lead and develop a diverse team of professionals.
Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of experience with DoD program management, including oversight and management using analysis and quality assurance
10+ years of experience with DoD contract management
5+ years of experience with Test, Evaluation, and Integration
( TE & I )
for configuration management of Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance
( C5ISR )
systems
Experience with coordinating the management of work performed on DoD contracts containing multiple diverse work areas while managing the execution of multiple concurrent te chn ical instructions
Experience with resource management and delivering quality products on time and in
budget
Knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or Naval architecture
Knowledge of Earned Value Management
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Naval shipboard and submarine architectures
Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective senior government clients
Top Secret clearance
Project Management Professional
( PMP )
or DAWIA Level III Program Manager certification
Agile Certified Professional
( ACP )
or Certified ICAgile Professional certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
