The Director of Administration provides strategic and operational leadership across all administrative functions within TSG Operations.

The Director of Administration will oversee Order Tracking/Administration, Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing, Purchasing,
Administrative Support Staff , Facility Management ,TSG payroll inputs & Time Reporting (including Prevailing Wage) and the Bid Desk
This position ensures operational excellence , drives workflow improvements enhances internal controls and supports the overall growth and profitability of the Company . In this role you will provide strong leadership to administrative teams select mentor develop evaluate staff lead communication coordination across administrative functions departments to ensure operational alignment ensure Purchasing processes orders with accuracy cost control proper coordination oversee Bid Desk operations to ensure efficient accurate bid/proposal processing support overflow needs develop departmental objectives operational plans budgets performance standards drive continuous improvement assist VP Operations in establishing managing departmental budgets ensure compliance policies procedures recommend enhancements improve effectiveness manage compliance with Purchasing Contracts including State Contracts ERate Consortiums maintain audit readiness lead business-side audits when needed track maintain business professional licensing operating states manage contracts perform contract reviews liaise MGT Legal as required serve authorized signer contracts within approved authority partner People Culture HR Business Partner workforce planning employee relations coordinate leadership facility planning space allocation safety operational facility needs develop maintain business continuity plans critical administrative functions serve delegated backup Vice President Operations
