RumbleOn, the largest retailer of powersports vehicles in America, is in rapid growth mode To support this exciting growth, we are adding a Staff Internal Auditor to our headquarters in Irving, TX. The Staff Internal Auditor serves to strengthen the support required for SOX compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to make their mark in a booming company The ideal candidate has a baseline understanding of SOX and testing key controls and is capable of working with the company's external auditor to facilitate audit requests.

Responsibilities:

• Update process documentation and conduct walkthroughs of key controls.
• Prepare and send out request lists to obtain populations and samples to conduct testing.
• Execute interim and rollforward SOX control testing for assigned areas
• Communicate testing progress to Audit Supervisor.
• Assist with remediation activities as required.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's Degree Preferred)
• Internal audit credentials- CPA and CIA (currently have or will be obtaining)
• A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in public accounting and/or internal audit
• Experience with a Big 4 Accounting firm desired
• General knowledge of the COSO internal controls framework
• General understanding/knowledge of US GAAP; and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with control owners and key stakeholders
• Ability to work on site at our office in Irving, TX
