The salary range for full-time employment and maximum productivity is $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) plays a key role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to mobility, endurance, pain management, and other health conditions. Using this assessment, the Physical Therapist collaborates on developing a customized treatment plan, delivers interventions to enhance the patient's well-being, and monitors their progress.

Assessment of the patient's functional status and therapy requirements, in collaboration with physicians
Monitoring and communicating changes in the patient's condition to the supervising healthcare team
Providing treatment to alleviate pain, improve function, and maintain optimal performance following industry standards
Educating and updating the healthcare team, patient, and family on the care plan, limitations, and goal achievements

Licenses Needed:

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
