    Founded in 2010 our successful client is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join their trusted and professional business.

    Our client head office is based in Nottinghamshire and is a business service that is the trusted partner for HR and Health & Safety to hundreds of small and medium sized businesses and medical practices throughout the UK.


    Throughout the years they have grown year on year through word of mouth and a reputation for providing a personal and professional service that is cost effective, flexible and ensures are clients are compliant and protected from claims or prosecution.

    As a business they focus on what matters to their clients and provide a professional Health and Safety and HR service at a sensible price.

    They bring expertise, knowledge, and skill to the problems their clients encounter and act as an extension to their business.


    THE ROLE:


    Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their business in a hybrid role.

    Within this role your duties will be to

    Creating strong relationships with clients where you can deliver analysis reports, risk assessments, improvement plans, manual handling training, toolbox talks.

    Visit clients throughout the country to conduct risk assessments, deliver health and safety training
    Report writing
    Taking calls from customers who may require extra guidance on Health and Safety in the workplace
    Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

    Your working hours are Monday to Friday, travel is necessary for this position as you will be working remotely.

    The candidate
    Our client is looking for a person with a strong work ethic
    A successful background working within Health and Safety as an Advisor
    Knowledge and experience on how to deliver toolbox talks and manual handling training
    A strong background in writing details risk assessment reports
    Good time management skills
    Self-motivated and self-management skills
    Ability to deliver information to customers in an easy and professional manner
