The Preceptor CNA provides hands-on training and mentorship to new CNA orientees and NAIT students in a skilled nursing setting. This role supports clinical excellence and helps uphold HMR Veterans Services' high standards of resident care while fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor new CNA orientees and NAIT students during clinical orientation and skill development
- Demonstrate proper techniques for activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
