- Provide technical support for USA Staffing
- Support HRD Program Manager in all facets of USA Staffing SA Support Services
- Create, manage, and delete accounts and organization
- Establish/set and manage security/permissions controls for users
- Monitor and ensure quality assurance of data through surveillance and regular data audits, validation checks, and data profiling
- Build, retrieve and export system reports and dashboards
- Create and edit tasks and workflows
- Create USAS templates
- Manage USAS libraries
- Manage Competency, PD, assessment, workflows, templates, etc.
- Manage Agency Forms
- Conduct system functionality testing
- Troubleshoot, problem intake, and problem resolution support
- Coordinate with OPM on system guidance and use
- Provide change requests/submissions
- Facilitate system changes and upgrades
- Build and edit dashboards using the Power BI tool
- Use Qlik software to build and run reports
- Implement new HRIS
- Ensure the availability of systems, report outages and manage outages until the system is back online - keeping leadership informed of the most current status.
- Provide support for the DCPDS program, functionality, user account maintenance and system structure.
- Troubleshoot USA Staffing data with DCPDS or BOERS data when data discrepancies occur and other related HR applications.
- Prepare and/or develop routine Data Reports for HRD and Field Activities using USA Staffing source data.
- Two or more years of specialized knowledge to perform as an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) USAS Administrator to support Federal recruitment, hiring, and onboarding programs. Knowledge of and skills in the application of Federal civilian HR policy, and procedures as defined by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian Personnel Services.
- Five or more years with developing and managing reporting tools, specifically, USA Staffing and COGNOS.
- One year of using Power BI to building dashboard reports.
- One year of experience in using Qlik and Advance Software as an Administrator.
- Experience supporting a federal human resources office. Familiarity with the hiring lifecycle and hiring processes within each phase of hiring, ideally at both the GS and SES level.
- Experience with building and exporting data reports. Familiarity with COGNOS and BOERS a plus.
- Two years of experience as a USAS administrator for a federal human resources office.
- Experience building workflows in USA Staffing or similar customer relations management tool.
- Experience with data reporting and analytics to understand reporting requirements and to recommend best uses of USA Staffing to meet reporting needs for staffing specialists, customers, and senior leadership.
