    Description
    Utilize in-depth knowledge of Workday to offer insights for system improvements and process enhancements across Workday modules (Benefits, HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
    Provide operational support, addressing backlog and critical issues with effective solutions.
    Liaise with project teams to ensure solutions are tailored to business needs, delivering functional and technical expertise as needed.
    Ensure accurate documentation and effective implementation of new processes and integration solutions, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.

    Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Workday configurations, understanding ERP architecture, and applying this knowledge to feature release assessments and enhancements.

    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    To be responsible for developing and maintaining all technical specifications and documentation.

    This person will gather information by studying existent material (policies, procedures, inventory, diagrams, charts, reports) and/or using the products to be documented, as well as studying the audience to learn their needs and technical understanding level.


    Qualifications:
    A BA or BS degree in a related field is required.
    Must have excellent communication skills, produce comprehensive documentation, and engage effectively with stakeholders. T

    Must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, working independently and collaboratively within the IT support team.
