    A growing investment firm in New York City is currently seeking a new Analyst / Associate to join their growing Portfolio Analytics team. In this role, the Analyst / Associate - Portfolio Analytics will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of performance reporting and risk metrics both internally to Portfolio Managers and externally to investors.

    Responsibilities:

    The Analyst / Associate - Portfolio Analytics will:

    • Monitor, track and analyze performance at the investment, portfolio and fund level.
    • Create and update client portfolio reports (monthly/quarterly/ ad hoc); prepare ongoing and ad hoc investor data requests, fund performance queries and reports, while collaborating with Valuation, Fund Accounting and Investor Relations teams.
    • Ensure the on-going quality and accuracy of performance reporting, maintain the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track key performance and investment metrics at the investment, and portfolio levels including industry, sector, country, investment type, market cap, leverage, and regional exposures, etc.
    • Assist in the operational due diligence of existing and potential new investors
    • Coordinate and interact with investor relations, compliance, portfolio managers, and operations around new product launches, servicing clients, and delivering custom requests
    • Perform other duties, as needed
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Credit Investing, and/or Financial Services role
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or a related field
    • Experience working with CLOs and understanding of the structure of CLOs
    • Solid understanding of Credit and Financial Markets
    • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance
    • Microsoft Excel proficient
    • Strong organizational and process management skills
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized
    Desired Skills:
    • Experience with Wall Street Office (WSO), VPM, Geneva, Kanerai, etc.
    • Python and SQL knowledge
