Job Description:
We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, experienced, Patient Coordinator to join our growing office. We are a group of injury & wellness centers headquartered in beautiful Pompano Beach. We are a busy, fast-paced office experiencing high growth and looking for the right person to join our team Plus if you have worked in a Law Office before

This job is for you if your looking for these responsibilities

• Patient coordination - including, but not limited to scheduling, insurance verification, intake process, and communication with attorneys.

• Assisting with the referral process

• Requesting MRI reports and Ortho notes

• Data Entry
You are the one we are looking for if you:

• Are organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

• Have great time management skills

• Have strong attention to detail

• Are able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Are a great communicator

• Are comfortable handling incoming and outgoing phone calls

• Are able to handle multi-line phones

• Have a working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Suite, and PDF
